I have a passion for helping people restore tranquillity, light, strength and resilience into their lives. I offer the ability of exploring into our lives, i.e. the past, present and forthcoming experiences with the aim of self-discovery.

About Me
I am an African woman who obtained a Bachelor of Psychology (B. Psych) and Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Zululand (Unizulu). I have 9 years of experience in the field where I have obtained a vast clinical knowledge in the management of psychological disorders. I have worked in a psychiatric hospital and community setting. I am an advocate for mental health related issues in the community and I believe that we need to emphasize the importance of taking care of our mental health just as much as our physical health. We need to have a holistic approach towards our well-being. Mental health related issues need to be prioritized in South Africa to help combat the negative effects it can have on people, who do not receive the essential services in time.
